Kay and I had a taste of heaven today — mango sticky rice. This Thai delicacy is delicious. It’s normal rice or wild rice with some sweetened condensed milk added. Add Thai mango, which is fantastic. Cover it with a coconut milk sauce and enjoy!

Mmmm. Mango sticky rice was one of my favourite things from Thailand.
What’s that other stuff on the plate there?
They served two kinds of rice: white rice and black rice (their terminology). I think the “black rice” was more like a whole-grain rice. Both were delicious!
